MKSA: What's new?

Once again, Winter Assault begins its entry into the archive! The version in the process of being uploaded before, unfortunately, was an early, not quite finished version of the tale, and the fully edited version was lost. Thanks to the hard work of Chris O'kane, the Winter Assault has been re-edited, and will now resume making its way into the archive.

The older stories will now be removed, to be shortly replaced.

As a convenience to everyone who wants to read it immediately, a zip of the full story is available here.

Well, this is a rather large update, but it also means that I am through my huge backlog of stories and ready to tackle future projects in a timely manner. This is also a reminder that I am no longer harvesting stories, so if you have something MK related please read the Submissions Guidelines and email me the submission to metamor@transform.to.

Also, anyone one who has any new or updated information for the resources page, please get in touch with me. This especially includes character descriptions as that page is getting out of date. This also applies to the Author's Page. Make sure your email addresses are correct, and if your have web pages, ICQ numbers, ect., that you would like displayed just let me know.

August 31, 2000

It has been way too long since the last update, but after a long delay, here it finally is. I still haven't made it through my backlog of stories to post, but hope to solve that with a few small updates in the near future. As well, some changes have been made to the archives themselves, so take the time to explore a bit and enjoy.

The biggest change is in how I will be adding stories in the future. Instead of collecting them off of mailing lists, I will only be adding stories submitted to the web site's email address. See the Submission Information for more information.

Authors, please check the Authors Page and make sure the information is correct and up to date. Also, email me if you would like more information added, such as web pages, ICQ numbers or AIM screen names.

A lot of cosmetic and internal changes made to the archives. This was done to make things easier to maintain and to hopefully make the site a little nicer.
- All the pages have been looked over to make them HTML4.0 Transitional complient and to fix some errors and funny HTML.
- The Main Page has been redone to include a more descriptive menu.
- The Gallery Page has been redone. I don't like tables.
- The Stories, sorted by title and Stories, sorted by author pages have been dropped. They were too much work to maintain.
- Added a page with Authors' Information. All links to an author's name elsewhere on the site will now point to this page.
- The Related Sites page has been dropped. Author's URLs will now be included on the Authors' page.
- Rewrote the Site Information Page.
